The palate is soft and plummy, with well-measured tannins and subtle toasted oak integrating seamlessly with the fruit, creating a wine of great depth and complexity.

Vineyard & Terroir
Selected parcels from McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek, picked at optimal ripeness to ensure concentration and balance.

Winemaking
Fermented and matured in 100% American oak barrels (45% new, 25% one-year-old, 30% two-year-old) with malolactic fermentation, preserving structure while enhancing richness.
