Production

Grapes underwent fermentation on the skins before barrel fermentation to seamlessly integrate oak characteristics. The wine was then matured in a blend of 89% American oak and 11% French oak, with 34% new, 53% first-year, and 13% second-year barrels. Malolactic fermentation was applied to enhance texture and mouthfeel. No fining agents were used.

Tasting notes

The wine displays deep red and purple hues with a complex, layered aroma. Cherry and blackberry notes are complemented by subtle hints of liquorice, cigar box, and mocha. The palate is full-bodied and vibrant, with a balance of ripe fruit sweetness and integrated oak, culminating in a long, satisfying finish.
