This wine exhibits a distinctly varietal nose which is refreshing and invigorating, with black olives, liquorice and leafy aromas that fill your glass. Seamless and elegant this wine is complete with fine grain dusty tannins, hints of toffee and rich plum fruit.

This is a classic Aussie Cabernet with an intense varietal nose and delicious ripe fruit. The Maitre D' was named after Sparky, who put himself through winemaking college as a left handed waiter.
