Mino & Co A Grower’s Touch Durif is a deeply expressive red wine, crafted to highlight the varietal intensity and individuality of Durif. The wine is structured and concentrated, yet shows a soft, approachable side that balances power with elegance.

Vineyard and Terroir
Sourced from carefully tended vineyards, the vines benefit from well-drained soils and a temperate climate that encourages even ripening. The vineyard management is precise, ensuring low yields and healthy grapes with intense varietal character.

Viticulture
Grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness to preserve freshness and concentration. Strict vineyard selection ensures that only the best parcels contribute to this bottling.

Winemaking
The destemmed fruit undergoes fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with gentle extraction techniques to maintain purity of fruit while providing structure and depth. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in carefully selected French oak barrels to integrate tannins, enhance complexity, and add subtle spice and oak nuances.

Tasting Notes
This Durif displays a rich, deep purple-red hue. The nose opens with dark berry fruits, plum, and hints of dark chocolate, coffee, and spice. The palate is plush and full-bodied, layered with blackcurrant, mulberry, and warm baking spice, supported by silky, fine-grained tannins. The finish is long and lingering, leaving a persistent impression of ripe fruit and gentle oak.
