Crafted using the traditional sour mash method, where a portion of a previous batch is added to the next, this whiskey embraces heritage while showcasing modern refinement. The 2025 edition features a generous rye component, with select portions of the matured spirit finished in toasted-only French oak barrels sourced from the Vosges region. These barrels, air-dried and seasoned for 24 months before toasting, contribute a distinctive depth and complexity to the final blend.
