Vineyard & Production

Sourced from vineyards in the Amarante sub-region of the Vinho Verde DOC, approximately 10 minutes from the entrance to the Douro region. The soils are granite with some shale, and the Atlantic influence produces wines of marked minerality and high freshness. Grapes are hand-selected at optimal ripeness, de-stemmed, and lightly pressed. The juice is decanted by gravity before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats over two weeks. The wine is filtered and stabilised before bottling.

Tasting Notes

Light salmon in colour with a slight natural effervescence. The nose is fruity and aromatic with fresh red fruit character. On the palate, it is clean and lively with vivid acidity and a pleasant, refreshing finish. Best served well chilled.

Perfect as an aperitif or alongside light, fresh dishes including sushi, pasta, pizza, and white meats. Also excellent with grilled fish, light salads, and mild cheeses.
