Method and Madness Single Malt Irish Whiskey is part of an exciting new range pushing Irish whiskey in new directions. Dreamed up and distilled at the legendary Midleton Distillery, this a meeting of minds between master and apprentice distillers in an effort to further the craft.

Aged in bourbon barrels and then finished in French limousin oak casks, the nose gives enticing scents of nuts and cereal. The palate is reminiscent of ice cream wafer and cinnamon whilst the finish delivers toasted barely.

Express Delivery

Orders placed by 2pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm Thursday arrive on Monday.
Orders placed after 2pm Friday arrive on Tuesday.
A signature is required, with GPS-confirmed tracking.
Bank Holidays and seasonal holidays are not considered working days by couriers.

Economy (2-3 working days) – Orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.
