Vineyard & Production

Grapes are grown sustainably across carefully managed Russian River Valley vineyards, with meticulous soil management and water conservation. The wine is fermented entirely in French oak barrels, 18% new from Cadus, and aged with biweekly lees stirring for six months, building texture, richness and mouthfeel while preserving the variety's vibrant aromatic character.

Tasting Notes

Golden-green in colour with an aromatic nose of tangerine, guava, honeydew, cantaloupe, white blossom and marzipan. On the palate, sweet oak balances crisp acidity, while a juicy finish delivers a hint of zesty grapefruit. Rich, layered and beautifully composed.

A natural partner for rich seafood dishes, grilled lobster, scallops and black cod. Also excellent with Thai and Asian-spiced dishes, soft cheeses and roasted chicken. A classic match for Kaffir lime and coconut soup with black cod.
