This wine has been made with grapes that have been gently harvested from ancient bush vines, planted on clay soils with pebbles on the surface which can be found at an average altitude of 600 meters. Cold maceration takes place and fermentation in stainless steel tanks before being aged 'sur lie' for four months.

This Godello is pale, clear and bright with aromas of green apples and stone fruit with traces of citrus and fennel. There is great minerality and complexity on the palate that is rounded and bulky while retaining great freshness. Notes of citrus fruit once again, green apples and minerals. The less ageing adds a welcome weight and presence.

It is great on its own but pairs fantastically with fresh fish.
