Fresh and crisp Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc with a nose of fresh asparagus, and tropical fruits such as peach and lychee. On the palate it is vibrant and fresh with balanced natural acidity, well rounded and good structure. A lovely wine. The label shows a Mayfly fishing fly which is used in the rivers around new Zealand in early spring to catch Trout.
