Meet the Producer

Mas Macià is part of Celler Bolet, a family‑run estate with generations of winemaking heritage in Penedès. The Bolet family has farmed their vineyards organically for decades, focusing on sustainability, biodiversity and minimal intervention. Their sparkling wines reflect both the region’s traditions and the estate’s commitment to quality, purity and expressive fruit.

Production

Grapes are hand‑picked from organically cultivated vineyards and gently pressed to retain delicate aromatics. The base wines undergo cool fermentation before being blended and bottled for the Traditional Method secondary fermentation. The wine is then aged on its lees, developing fine bubbles, subtle creaminess and added depth. After riddling and disgorgement, a carefully balanced dosage creates a crisp, dry and refreshing Brut style.
