A blend of red wine, rye, ex-bourbon and virgin oak casks have been used for this unusual but very wonderful rum. This expression has had subtle peat smoke and charred cedar wood run through by expert Billy Walker.

This wonderful rum will sit in the glass with a golden barley appearance. The nose has lashings of pineapple, smoked plantains and cinnamon spice, a touch of vanilla, butterscotch and smoked Caribbean jerky. The flavours are bursting with ripe bananas, grapefruit and butterscotch, mango, sugar cane with ginger and vanilla.
