The 2022 vintage presented challenges with drought and heat, requiring meticulous vineyard management and patience to achieve full maturity. Traditional vinification is carried out in closed concrete tanks with a vatting period of around 3 weeks at high temperature, ensuring maximum extraction of colour and tannins from the blend of different grape varieties that define this appellation.

Tasting Notes
