Vineyard & Production

Made exclusively from hand-harvested Glera grapes grown on the fresh, loose soils of the Treviso hills in Veneto. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by a second fermentation in tank using the Charmat method. The wine is left on fine lees for three months to enhance texture and complexity before bottling.

Tasting Notes

Pale straw with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose shows delicate aromas of apple and peach with floral hints. The palate is fresh and lightly sparkling, with soft ripe stone fruit flavours, gentle acidity, and a long, lively finish.
