Lunetta Prosecco Spumante Brut is a delicate and vibrant sparkling wine from Cavit, a leading co-operative in the mountainous Trentino region of northeast Italy. Cavit began as a consortium of small local producers and has grown into one of Italy’s most respected wine producers, known for combining traditional winemaking with modern precision. This Prosecco is crafted from Glera grapes grown in the hills of Veneto, north of Treviso. Light, fresh, and softly sparkling, it is perfect for celebrations or as a crisp aperitif.

Production
Made exclusively from hand-harvested Glera grapes, grown on the fresh, loose soils of the Treviso hills. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by a second fermentation in tank using the Charmat method. The wine is left on fine lees for three months to enhance texture and complexity before bottling.

Tasting notes
The nose shows delicate aromas of apple and peach. The palate is fresh and lightly sparkling, with soft ripe stone fruit flavours and a long, lively finish.
