Sourced from a single hillside vineyard planted on calcareous soils in Mâcon-Lugny. Vinified in stainless steel tanks to extract maximum floral and fruity aromas and preserve freshness. Dry, with residual sugar under 2g/l.

Tasting Notes

Pale gold in colour. Floral and fruity on the nose, with fresh citrus and stone fruit aromas. The palate is clean, vibrant, and well-balanced, approachable and expressive, with a fresh, lingering finish typical of the Mâconnais style.

Perfect with fish, white meats, and salads. Also excellent as an aperitif on its own, or alongside soft cheeses, grilled prawns, and light pasta dishes.
