Each wine is carefully matured in oak for 12 months before undergoing a meticulous selection process. The chosen wines are then blended together prior to bottling, with no fining or filtration employed to preserve the vineyard's unique character.

The nose is captivating, offering aromas of ripe black cherry juice, freshly squeezed, with underlying notes of cinnamon and clove. This alluring fragrance translates to the palate, where the wine unfolds with richness yet remarkable brightness and lift, culminating in a finish imbued with subtle gamey nuances.
