The makers follow the classic method of macerating fresh lemon peels in pure alcohol, avoiding artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives. The result is a liqueur that captures the vivid aroma and natural oils of sun‑ripened Mediterranean lemons.

The palate opens with bright, zesty lemon peel and a clean, natural sweetness, followed by subtle herbal undertones that keep the flavour refreshing rather than heavy. Its texture is smooth and slightly viscous, carrying the citrus across the palate into a crisp, lingering finish with a pure, vibrant lemon brightness.
