Limavady Single Malt is crafted from 100% Irish barley and triple distilled in a traditional copper pot still, following the time-honoured methods of Irish whiskey production. Post distillation, the spirit is matured in ex-bourbon barrels, building a foundation of vanilla sweetness and gentle oak character, before being finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. The PX finish adds a rich layer of dried fruit, dark sugar, and warming spice that elevates the whiskey to an exceptional level of complexity and depth.
