Vineyard and Production

Glera grapes are sourced from selected parcels northeast of Treviso and hand-harvested at optimal ripeness to ensure a balance of aromatics and acidity. The fruit undergoes gentle pneumatic pressing followed by slow, cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks. A second fermentation takes place in pressure tanks over four weeks, creating a fine and persistent mousse.
