Meet the Producer

Established in 2003, Adria Vini is a collaborative winemaking venture between Boutinot and Araldica Castelvero. With a focus on producing authentic and approachable Italian wines, the partnership combines regional expertise with modern winemaking to deliver consistent quality across its range.

Production

Glera grapes are sourced from selected parcels northeast of Treviso and hand harvested at optimal ripeness to ensure a balance of aromatics and acidity. The fruit undergoes gentle pneumatic pressing followed by slow, cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks. A second fermentation takes place in pressure tanks over four weeks, creating a fine and persistent mousse.

Tasting Notes

Fresh and gently fruity with aromas of green apple and orchard blossom. The palate is lively and delicate, offering ripe pear, citrus zest, and a clean, refreshing finish. A well-balanced Prosecco with bright acidity and subtle complexity.
