Vintage Conditions

The growing season was marked by a mild spring that encouraged early budburst, followed by a warm, dry summer that led to excellent grape ripeness. Minimal rainfall created a slight water deficit, naturally concentrating the fruit. Biodynamic preparations helped the vines withstand summer stress, resulting in well-structured grapes. Merlot was harvested between September 10th and 17th, and Cabernet Sauvignon between September 21st and 30th. Gentle fermentation techniques and careful handling of the press wine contributed to the wine’s subtle tannins and layered complexity.
