Vineyard & Production

The fruit is entirely hand-picked from the producer's own high-altitude vineyards in Rodezno and Labastida, which sit over 500 metres above sea level to ensure balanced ripening and superb natural acidity. Following careful fermentation, the wine is aged for two years in American oak barrels manufactured in the house's own cooperage. The first year is spent in brand new oak to impart sweet spice and structure, followed by a second year in neutral barrels to seamlessly integrate the fruit and tannins before final bottling.
