A dry, crisp, and delicate rose. The Pinot Noir grapes were crushed and cold-soaked for fourteen hours to extract colour and body. Fermentation then took place in a combination of American oak barrels (35%) and stainless steel tanks. A versatile rose, it offers a delightful alternative to a lightly oaked white.
