Batch 14 delivers a powerful yet beautifully composed profile, combining robust smoke with bright citrus, gentle sweetness and the savoury depth that fans of the series look for.

The nose opens with honeycomb and wholemeal toast alongside chargrilled seafood and smoky bacon. The palate brings an immediate wave of peat smoke supported by lemon shortbread, soft melon and a savoury ham note. The finish is long and well‑balanced, with peat smoke, lemon zest, icing sugar and a sweet, buttery mouthfeel that lingers.
