Meet the producer

Kendall-Jackson has been a pioneer in Californian winemaking for over three decades, producing wines that capture both the varietal’s essence and the identity of the vineyard. Their dedication to careful site selection and meticulous vineyard management ensures consistently high-quality wines.

Production

Grapes from Sonoma, Mendocino, and Monterey Counties are hand-selected and fermented separately to preserve the distinctive characteristics of each vineyard. The wine is aged for nine months in 90% French oak barrels, 12% of which are new, adding subtle layers of vanilla, toast, and spice while maintaining the pure fruit expression of Pinot Noir.

Tasting notes

The wine shows a bright ruby-red colour with aromatic notes of cherry, raspberry, and strawberry, complemented by hints of baking spices and subtle earthy undertones. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with silky tannins, vibrant acidity, and a smooth, lingering finish that highlights the finesse of Pinot Noir.
