Vineyard & Production

The grapes are harvested from unirrigated trellised vines planted in 2015, yielding between 10 and 12 tons per hectare. Machine-harvested at 22.0 Balling to retain fresh acidity, the must is inoculated with biodynamic yeast and spends just three days on the skins with two light pump-overs daily. Following a gentle pressing, the wine undergoes malolactic conversion in stainless steel tanks, where it ages for 11 months with gentle micro-oxygenation to ensure a rounded, smooth mouthfeel.

In the glass, the wine exhibits a vibrant ruby hue. The nose opens with an inviting array of red fruits, featuring classic cherry and fresh mulberry notes.
