Vineyard & Production

Fruit is selected from the finest Chardonnay vineyards on the Jordan Estate, chosen for their exceptional quality and terroir expression. Partial wild yeast fermentation adds complexity and texture, while 11 months of maturation in French oak barriques builds richness, depth, and a beautifully integrated toasty character. The result is a wine of real substance and finesse that rewards both immediate drinking and time in the cellar.

Tasting Notes

Golden in colour with a rich, inviting depth. The nose is complex and layered, with aromas of butterscotch, spiced clove, and lime citrus alongside subtle toasty oak. On the palate, full and richly textured with a creamy mouthfeel, vibrant acidity, and a long, elegant, toasty oak finish that lingers beautifully. Serve at 10 to 12 degrees.

A natural partner for roast chicken, lobster, pan-seared scallops, and rich fish dishes such as turbot or halibut. Also excellent alongside creamy pasta, soft washed-rind cheeses, and dishes with a buttery or cream sauce.
