Sancerre, the classic match for oysters and seafood. This Sancerre has been aged sur lie for three to four months minimum resulting in a pale gold wine that opens with bright aromatic notes of exotic citrus. There are subtle hints of minerality hailing from the limestone and clay soils the vines have grown upon. The palate is full bodied and balanced with bright crisp finish.
