Fruit for this wine has been selected from their own estate, where sustainable vineyard practices are followed. The calcium rich clay ad limestone within the vineyard soil imparts a distinctive minerality and concentration to this wine. Low intervention and traditional techniques in the winery preserve single vineyard 'charm'.

This Marlborough sauvignon blanc has an alluring nose with notes of grapefruit and citrus with hints of lemongrass and passionfruit. The palate is concentrated and well layered with bright citrus and tropical fruits giving way to a creamy mid palate and mineral finish. A perfect match with while barbecued fish or freshly steamed mussels.
