Integro Negroamaro is a pure expression of Salento’s terroir. This wine is slightly spicy, with notes of blueberry and blackberry, rich yet sleek and smooth on the palate.

Meet the Producer

Produced in the San Donaci area of Salento, the winery follows a philosophy of harmony with nature, intervening only when necessary to allow each grape to fully express its personality. Certified organic by Bioagricert, this wine reflects the depth and elegance typical of the region.

Production

Grapes are harvested in the early morning and placed into 10 kg crates. Destemming is followed by fermentation at 22–24 °C for 8–10 days with daily remontage. Malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously immediately after alcoholic fermentation.

Maturation

The wine is matured in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness, vibrant fruit, and the natural expression of the Negroamaro grape.

Tasting Notes

Deep, rich aromas of blueberries and blackberries are complemented by gentle spice. The palate is smooth and balanced, delivering a sleek finish.
