Established in 2003, Adria Vini is a winemaking venture jointly owned by Boutinot and Araldica Castelvero, combining expertise from both partners to create approachable, high-quality Italian wines.

Production

100% Trebbiano grapes are harvested early from Emilia Romagna vineyards. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel to preserve freshness, and the wine is bottled at a modest 11% alcohol, highlighting its crisp, lively style.

Tasting Notes

Fresh and bright, with aromas and flavours of citrus and green apple. The palate is crisp, clean, and refreshing, making this an ideal light white wine.
