Established in 2003, Adria Vini is a winemaking venture jointly owned by Boutinot and Araldica Castelvero, combining expertise from both partners to create approachable, high-quality Italian wines.

Production

100% Sangiovese grapes are harvested early from Emilia Romagna vineyards. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel to preserve freshness, and the wine is bottled at a lower alcohol level of 11%, highlighting its light and refreshing style.
