Production

The grapes are softly pressed to extract the must, which undergoes white vinification in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16–18°C to preserve freshness and aromatics. After fermentation, the wine undergoes ageing and stabilization processes before cold bottling, preserving its freshness and aromatic intensity.

Tasting Notes

Straw yellow in colour, this wine offers an intense and long-lasting bouquet of fruity and floral aromas, with hints of golden apple, lychee, and hay. On the palate, it is dry, elegant, and well-structured, with a harmonious balance between body and acidity, finishing clean and refreshing.
