Famille Hugel has been producing exceptional Alsace wines for generations, with a reputation for precise vineyard work, minimal intervention, and expressive wines that reflect the unique terroir of the region.

Production

Gentil was carefully crafted by blending six white grape varieties at optimal ripeness. Each varietal was vinified separately to preserve its individual character before being skillfully combined to create a wine with depth, structure, and aromatic complexity.

Pale gold in colour, Gentil “Hugel” displays enticing aromas of exotic spices, ripe stone fruits, citrus zest, and subtle floral notes. The palate is vibrant yet smooth, with a fine balance of body, freshness, and aromatic intensity. The wine finishes clean and elegant, making it highly versatile with food or as an aperitif.
