Highland Park 12 Year Old Single Malt carries a balance of gentle smoke, honeyed sweetness and subtle spice that reflects the distillery’s Orkney island heritage. Made using malt dried over aromatic heather peat and matured in a high proportion of sherry‑seasoned oak casks, it develops a character that is both approachable and distinctly Highland Park.

The aroma shows light peat smoke, honey, dried fruit and a touch of heather. On the palate, it offers a smooth, rounded texture with notes of sweet malt, gentle spice, soft smoke, citrus hints and a long, well‑balanced finish shaped by its sherry‑influenced maturation.
