In 2003, a handshake between 2 local forward thinking independent family owned businesses, led to what is considered today the very first action in the revival of whiskey production in England.

Did you know? That Cornwall has the oldest stocks of English Whiskey? Although they did not bring their's to market first they, Hicks and Healey are sitting on the oldest stocks of English Whiskey!

This partnership was forged by St Austell Brewery, founded Walter Hicks in 1851 and Healeys which was established in 1980 by David Healey.

This is made from the Maris Otter Cornish barley and expertly brewed by St Austell Brewery and then distilled and matured by Healeys.

Expect spicy notes, honey and barley amongst hints of cocoa, caramel and delicate fruits that lead to a vanilla finish.

Express Delivery

Orders placed by 2pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm Thursday arrive on Monday.
Orders placed after 2pm Friday arrive on Tuesday.
