The 2023 vintage reflects the region’s limestone and loess soils, delivering a clean, expressive white wine.

Production

Grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is bottled young to preserve its fresh, fruit-driven profile. No oak is used, allowing the purity of the grape to shine.

Tasting notes

Bright straw-yellow with golden reflections. Aromas of ripe pear, crisp apple, peach, and citrus zest are accented by subtle floral notes and a hint of roasted nuts. On the palate, it’s smooth and refreshing, with a fine balance between lively acidity and a rounded, supple body. Mineral undertones add depth and elegance.
