Crafted at Healeys Cyder Farm using a careful selection of apples, it leans into a more traditional, slow‑matured style that contrasts with the brighter, fruit‑forward expressions in their range.

The aroma brings soft apple, light vanilla and a subtle hint of oak. On the palate, it shows a mellow, well‑integrated character with ripe orchard fruit, gentle woody notes and a smooth, refined finish shaped by its period of maturation.
