The Hazelburn 21 Year Old 2023 Release is made from a split of 80/10/10 bourbon/port/sherry maturation.

Aromas of leather bound books, bung cloth and dunnage warehouses are followed by sweeter characteristics of treacle, caramel and bramble. On the palate there are notes of marshmallow and candy floss, with a syrupy mouthfeel and subtle mineral note. The earthy tone from the nose carries through. The finish is host to notes of cocoa powder, cappuccino and mint that linger.
