Hans Greyl Sauvignon Blanc is a vibrant and aromatic white wine from Austria, showcasing the pure expression of Sauvignon Blanc from carefully selected vineyards. It is lively, crisp, and fresh, ideal as an aperitif or paired with seafood and light dishes.

Vinification

The grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures to preserve the bright fruit aromas and freshness of the wine. No oak is used, allowing the varietal character to shine.

Tasting notes

Pale straw-yellow in colour, the nose reveals aromas of green apple, gooseberry, elderflower, and hints of fresh herbs. On the palate, it is crisp and zesty with vibrant acidity, a clean, mineral finish, and a lingering citrus note.
