Gunpowder Irish Gin is distilled at the edge of lake in a little tin shed by PJ Rigney, intrepid distiller extrodinaire. This takes place in a small Irish town called Drumshanbo which is located in County Leitrim. He had the marvelous idea to combine traditional Irish botanicals with oriental ones using a medieval copper pot still. In the copper still he distills eight botanicals; juniper, angelica, orris root, caraway seed, coriander, meadow sweet cardamom and star anise.

Next, and this is the magic part, he vapor infuses four botanicals from the Orient which are oriental lemon and lime, grapefruit and gunpowder tea. This boundary pushing combination works exceedingly well and has elevated Gunpowder Irish Gin to one of our best selling juniper based goodies.

Orders placed by 2pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm Thursday arrive on Monday.
Orders placed after 2pm Friday arrive on Tuesday.
A signature is required, with GPS-confirmed tracking.
