Meet the Producer

Founded in 1979 by Jean-Michel Gremillet, the family-owned estate has grown from a small inherited plot to over 40 hectares of vineyards near Troyes in the southern Aube. Specialising in Pinot Noir, Gremillet has earned an international reputation for quality – their Champagnes are even served in French embassies across the world.

Production

Pinot Noir grapes are gently pressed for up to two hours to extract the jus de presse, which is then vinified and blended to achieve the delicate colour and vibrant style. While Champagne regulations stipulate a minimum of 15 months’ ageing before release, Gremillet age all their rosés for at least 22 months, ensuring complexity, finesse, and full integration of flavours.

Tasting Notes

A delicately hued Pinot Noir–driven rosé with fine, persistent bubbles. The palate shows wonderful texture and elegance, with fresh red berry fruit, subtle richness, and a tangy, refreshing finish. Beautifully balanced.

Delicious served chilled as an apéritif, but also excellent with roast duck, grilled prawns, or fresh berry desserts.
