Vineyard and Production

Pinot Noir grapes are gently pressed for up to two hours to extract the jus de presse, which is then vinified and blended to achieve the wine's delicate colour and vibrant character. Extended lees ageing of at least 22 months ensures full integration of flavours and a creamy, persistent mousse before disgorgement and release.

A delicately hued rose with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose offers fresh red berry fruit and subtle brioche, while the palate shows wonderful texture and elegance. A tangy, refreshing finish leaves you reaching for another glass.
