Their vineyards in the Aube enjoy warmer conditions than the northern Champagne districts, achieving excellent ripeness and fruit concentration that gives this wine its distinctive generosity. Vineyard and Production

Only the first and finest pressings are used. After primary fermentation, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation slowly in bottle and is matured on its lees for a minimum of 22 months, allowing complex brioche and toasty notes to develop fully before disgorgement and release.

Tasting Notes

Fresh floral aromas are layered with sweet brioche and peach skin, supported by baked biscuit complexity. The palate is rich yet finely poised, with bright citrus acidity carrying through to a crisp, elegant finish.
