Grappa Friulana Nonino 43° is a refined white grappa distilled from carefully selected, fresh pomace of white and red grapes grown in the Friuli region of Italy. Crafted using the traditional Nonino family method, this artisanal spirit is produced in exclusive copper batch steam stills, ensuring the preservation of the grape varietals’ most delicate aromas. The distillation process is slow and meticulous, with precise head and tail cuts to extract only the purest heart of the grappa.

Fermented under vacuum in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and rested for up to a year, this grappa maintains its crystalline clarity and aromatic integrity. On the nose, it reveals a distinctive bouquet of bread crust and liquorice, while the palate is elegant, clean, and appropriately warming. Best served at around 12°C in an open tulip-shaped glass, it should be allowed to rest briefly before tasting to fully release its complex fragrances and achieve perfect harmony between aroma and flavour.
