Vineyard & Production

All grapes are hand-harvested in the Douro Valley. Blend Nº5 is vinified using a longer, cooler fermentation process, which gives the wine its characteristic dryness and freshness while keeping alcohol at 19% ABV — lower than most spirits. The wine is matured to preserve its natural fruit purity and aromatic lift.

Tasting Notes

Pale and bright in the glass. The nose is fresh and expressive, with white stone fruit, citrus blossom and delicate floral aromatics. On the palate, the wine is crisp and clean, with a fruity flavour profile, a perfect balance of dryness and a long, refreshing finish.

Perfect Pairings

Best enjoyed as a long drink over ice with tonic, a slice of lemon and fresh mint. Also excellent as an aperitif alongside light seafood, olives and charcuterie.
