The method being used to produce Gozio amaretto doesnt fall within the usual liqueur methodology, its a new production process based on a secret formula that has led Gozio amaretto to be a quite different liqueur of superior quality. Namely not a sticky liquid but a smooth pale liqueur. Gozio amaretto is produced using only the highest quality natural ingredients: alcohol, burnt sugar and the pure essence of various selected fruits coming from four continents, left in infusion for at least 60 days. Only the best quality bitter almonds are used in the recipe to enhance its bouquet, aroma and taste. Contrary to other products there are no artificial aromas, extracts or distilled additives added.
Amaretto Sour
1/2 oz Gozio Amaretto
1 2 splashes sweet and sour mix

Pour the amaretto liqueur into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes. Add a splash or two of sweet and sour mix, and shake well. Strain or pour into an old-fashioned glass, garnish with a maraschino cherry and a slice of orange, and serve.

Ice Cream Genius
2 oz Gozio Amaretto
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

Blend all ingredients together in a blender
Wet Kiss
1 part Amaretto
1 part sweet and sour mix
1 part watermelon schnapp

Layer the ingredients in the order listed into a shot glass. It is also good over ice in a highball glass.
