Vinification

Grapes are carefully harvested at optimal ripeness and fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve the vibrant fruit character. No oak is used, ensuring a clean and aromatic profile.

Pale straw yellow in colour, the nose displays notes of citrus fruits, green apple, and subtle floral hints. On the palate, it is crisp, fresh, and zesty, with balanced acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.
