Goslings 151 Overproof Rum is built on the same dark, molasses‑rich foundation as the brand’s famous Black Seal, but bottled at a powerful 75.5% ABV to deliver intensity, depth and serious mixing strength. Goslings has been producing rum in Bermuda since the mid‑1800s, and the 151 expression was created to give bartenders a high‑proof option for tiki drinks, punches and classic flaming cocktails. Its reputation grew alongside the rise of mid‑20th‑century tiki culture, where overproof rums became essential for layered, high‑impact flavour.

Its aroma shows deep molasses, dark caramel, warm spice and a hint of smoke. On the palate, it offers a bold, concentrated texture with notes of treacle, burnt sugar, baking spice and a touch of oak, all carried by its high proof.
