Production

The grapes for Elegante Fino are 100% Palomino Fino, carefully harvested to preserve their natural freshness. The wine is aged under a protective layer of flor in the solera system, allowing it to develop its signature pale color, crisp texture, and refined aromas. This careful process ensures a wine that is elegant, balanced, and exceptionally fresh.
