Bottled at natural cask strength and without chill filtration, it offers an authentic expression of the distillery's craftsmanship.

The rich influence of the sherry cask shines through in its flavour profile. Expect a captivating nose of sherry-soaked bramble fruit, orange, and sultanas, intertwined with hints of chocolate praline, Demerara sugar, and Morello cherry fruitcake. The palate is equally luxurious, boasting dark stewed fruit flavours reminiscent of chocolate gateaux, balanced by savoury notes of leather, tobacco, and oak. The finish lingers satisfyingly, showcasing a harmonious blend of fruit, molasses, complex wood spice, and fine tannins.
