Tasting Notes

Nose: Fresh notes of juniper, citrus, and pine, like a forest clearing in spring. Palate: Cool and mellow at first, then summer flowers, wild autumn fruits, and warm spice. Finish: Long and sylvan with warm winter spices.

Cocktail: Wild Botanical Negroni

Combine 30ml of Glendalough Wild Botanical Irish Gin, 30ml of Campari, and 30ml of sweet vermouth in a tumbler mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until well chilled. Strain slowly into a tumbler glass with large ice cubes. Garnish with orange peel.
